Bruce Johnson, the CEO of GHX, recently contributed an article to Modern Healthcare on this very topic. Bruce argues that cleaning up data is critical and the way to do it is through collaborating with the supply chain team to create a master data management strategy.
According to Bruce, “So much opportunity exists to get healthcare right and demonstrate the efficacy of health IT investments for improved healthcare outcomes. Dirty data should not be the thing that's holding us back.”
