Kristin Motter, MBA, BSN, RN, CHVAP

Kristin is a Strategic Sourcing Consultant at GHX Lumere, working with clients to bring innovative solutions to their value analysis processes, clinical sourcing strategies and clinical engagement levels.Kristin has experience as an ICU, interventional radiology and cardiovascular lab nurse.

During her time as manager of the cardiovascular lab, she was first introduced to the world of value analysis while representing her facility on the system value analysis team. A few years later, she transitioned to the value analysis and sourcing manager position at a 10-hospital IDN system on the east coast, where she applied her knowledge of the operational and clinical opportunities and challenges faced by supply chain departments.

Kristin recently served as the clinical sourcing manager at one of the largest non-profit healthcare systems in the United States, supporting complex contracting initiatives and physician engagement teams.
