In 2018, Froedtert launched the Strategic Partner Council as the cornerstone of its vendor relationship strategy. In this session, learn why the Council was formed and how it has created value for suppliers, Froedtert and our industry.

Since its inception, the Council has demonstrated true partnership through collaborations to improve supplier-provider relationships. These include co-development of a standard supplier scorecard and a standard business review template, joint review of vendor visitation policies, and collaboration on data standards.
