Kristin Miles

As Director, North American Consulting for GHX, Miles manages a team of consultants that assist healthcare organizations in analyzing current processes and developing strategic plans for implementing changes and modernizing workflows to better reflect industry best practices. Miles works with hospital providers to drive operational efficiencies within the healthcare supply chain. Drawing on many years of experience in materials management, contract analysis and hospital operating rooms, Miles now focuses mainly on assisting hospitals streamline their procurement, inventory and charge master processes. After a successful career as a purchasing analyst, Miles now advises other people on how to achieve the same success.

Miles’ varied background in information technology, materials management and clinical nursing provided the perfect foundation for assisting providers in streamlining procurement while still supporting the clinical initiatives within healthcare.
