Archie Mayani

As Chief Product Officer (CPO) for GHX, Archie Mayani is responsible for creating, sourcing, building and delivering a contemporary product function and team that positions GHX as a world-class, agile, market and customer-centric company. She collaborates with all members of the GHX C-suite to drive effective product development execution and bridge and align product and company strategy. 

 

Overview

  • worked at industry-leading organizations such as GE Healthcare, Philips Healthcare and Milliman Care Guidelines. 
  • started out as as biomedical engineer developing an image-guided spinal surgery application

 

Professional experience

Prior to joining GHX in 2023, Mayani served as a senior vice president and chief product officer for Change Healthcare’s Clinical Decision Support business, providing vision and leadership for the company’s product development teams. In this role she delivered evidence-based clinical content through a unified technology platform for payors and providers to drive value-based care.

Previously, Mayani held positions as head of product and content operations for Amazon, vice president/general manager for Optum Prevention Business in North America and Global Markets, and senior director for Medicaid for Optum Population Health Management.
