Zoom Security Measures & Vulnerability Mitigationcreated: Thursday, April 09, 2020 updated: Thursday, April 09, 2020
GHX is taking recent security vulnerabilities across various cloud platforms seriously to help protect our customer’s systems and data. In response to the FBI’s warning of unauthorized teleconference attendance (‘bombing’) and unencrypted recordings or endpoints on Zoom, GHX has applied the following measures to enhance ongoing security measurement and mitigation of vulnerabilities.
- GHX leverages Zoom at an enterprise level with administrative controls and locked setting to help prevent and counter session bombing, encryption and meeting recordings – especially when holding critical customer meetings.
- We have also kept up to date with Zoom on its counter measures, software updates and recommendations to implement and adhered to accordingly.
We believe this level of diligence and ongoing security management meets our high standards and will help maintain customer security.
