GHX Service Delivery Updatesdate: Monday, March 16, 2020
As the situation surrounding the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, GHX Professional Services is taking the following actions effective immediately:
- Travel of GHX delivery resources is restricted until April 17, 2020 and this restriction applies to all services engagements currently planned and newly signed.
- Delivery of all client services engagements will be conducted remotely via teleconference during this period.
- Your GHX project manager will be in touch to explain the process.
- Projects deemed mission critical to the delivery of life-sustaining medical supplies will be evaluated on a case by case basis to determine if travel to a client site is warranted.
