The Senior Product Manager is responsible for leading product vision, strategy, roadmap, and pricing for their product line(s) across European markets.
This individual will ensure products delivered meet market needs and generate a positive ROI for GHX. Acting as a product domain expert and engaging with customers, partners and key industryorganizations are vital elements of the role to drive the success of the product line(s) and the GHX customer experience.
This role will regularly engage with cross-functional leaders in the European and global GHX organization.
The purpose of this role is to generate and grow revenue by selling GHX products and services to both existing and new customers to help achieve new booking target.
This role is responsible for retaining and upselling to existing Providers and/or Suppliers, as well as generating new business, while maintaining and adding value to customers relationships.
This role partners and aligns with other GHX departments (e.g. Product Marketing, Product Management) and customers to competitively position GHX in the market and drive the business strategy and growth.
The role has a direct impact on the GHX revenue and Customer Experience in supporting customers to handle their supply chain.
The purpose of this role is to improve the customer satisfaction experience within the assigned account base, resulting in increased utilization of GHX products & services and customer retention.
The Customer Success Manager acts as a trusted advisor to a dedicated group of GHX customers driving optimal products and services utilization and pro-actively managing customers goals and identifies upselling opportunities for GHX solutions and services.
This position can focus on a specific customer group, either Suppliers or a Provider Market This position interfaces internally with Support teams, Solution delivery and Sales to facilitate issue resolution and client satisfaction.
The role has a direct impact on the GHX Customer Experience in supporting customers to handle their supply chain.
