The purpose of this role is to manage the integration and implementation of GHX services in a timely manner, according to GHX quality standards.
This is a multi- and cross functional role encompassing pre-sales support, project implementation and training, working with GHX customers and GHX teams: Sales, Customer Support, Operation and Application Engineering to drive client satisfaction.
The role has a direct impact on the GHX revenue and Customer Experience in supporting customers to handle their supply chain.
The purpose of this role is to convert the product vision and roadmap into a workable blueprint and technical roadmap.
This role represents customers by understanding their needs and product requirements and works with the development team to ensure that product requirements are understood and built accordingly.
The Technical Product Manager works closely with cross-functional leaders across markets.
The role has a direct impact on revenue and the GHX Customer Experience in supporting customers to handle their supply chain.
The purpose of this role is to support the EU Data reporting solution, generating reports and dashboards, to support internal reporting needs, understanding and interpretation of data trends, generating reports for customer business reviews and identify data patterns and business opportunities for GHX Europe across all business areas.
This is a cross-functional role partnering and aligning with internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Market/Product management, Finance, CSM and Utilisation) to review, improve and develop reporting processes that support revenue growth, as well as with external customers to identify their demands for transaction volume growth.
