Data Reporting Analyst

 Remote – Cambridge, UK
Your role:

The purpose of this role is to support the EU Data reporting solution, generating reports and dashboards, to support internal reporting needs, understanding and interpretation of data trends, generating reports for customer business reviews and identify data patterns and business opportunities for GHX Europe across all business areas.

This is a cross-functional role partnering and aligning with internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Market/Product management, Finance, CSM and Utilisation) to review, improve and develop reporting processes that support revenue growth, as well as with external customers to identify their demands for transaction volume growth.

Your role:

The purpose of this role is to manage the integration and implementation of GHX services with customers (GHX suppliers/GHX providers/ Providers and Suppliers in the DACH region) in a timely manner, according to GHX quality standards.

This is a multi- and cross functional role encompassing project management, implementation, training, working with GHX customers and GHX teams (e.g. Customer Care, Product Management, Product Development, Sales) to drive client satisfaction.

Your role:

Your role will be to ensure GHX Customers have access to accurate catalogue data and all customer support queries are handled to drive customer satisfaction and experience.

The role supports the Operations Manager in organizing the operational day-to-day business, increasing Operational effectiveness and efficiency.

This role partners with the EU Operations team and with the purchasing departments at hospitals, universities, and their suppliers.

Your role:

The Product Manager Exchange is responsible for leading product vision, strategy, roadmap, and pricing for their product(s) across European markets.

This individual will ensure products delivered meet market needs and generating a positive ROI for GHX.  Acting as a product expert and engaging with customers, partners and key industry organizations are essential elements of the role to drive success of the product(s) and the GHX customer experience.

Your role:

The purpose of this role is to generate and grow revenue by selling GHX products and services to both existing and new customers to help achieve new booking target.

This role is responsible for retaining and upselling to existing Providers and/or Suppliers, as well as generating new business, while maintaining and adding value to customers relationships.

This role partners and aligns with other GHX departments (e.g. Product Marketing, Product Management) and customers to competitively position GHX in the market and drive the business strategy and growth.

Your role:

The purpose of this role is to improve the customer satisfaction experience within the assigned account base, resulting in increased utilization of GHX products & services and customer retention.

The Customer Success Manager acts as a trusted advisor to a dedicated group of GHX customers driving optimal products and services utilization and pro-actively managing customers goals and identifies upselling opportunities for GHX solutions and services.

This position can focus on a specific customer group, either Suppliers or a Provider Market This position interfaces internally with Support teams, Solution delivery and Sales to facilitate issue resolution and client satisfaction.

Your role:

The purpose of this role is to ensure GHX software is implemented and runs according to designed functionality.

The Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for developing and modifying automated tests, ensuring the correct functioning of GHX software, as well as ensuring that GHX test standards and procedures are followed.

The role liaises closely with the team of software engineers, acting as the quality champion.

This role has a direct impact on the GHX Customer Experience, by allowing a smooth software product implementation and functioning for GHX customers.
