Customer Support Specialist

Your role:

The purpose of this role is to respond and handle all customer support queries of Supplier and Provider customers on GHX’s products and services.

The Customer Support Specialist is the single point of contact to our customers for customer support queries and takes ownership of these.

This position resolves the query and coordinates internal support by interfacing with other departments, primarily with System Support and Solution Delivery.

This role has a direct impact on the GHX Customer Experience in supporting customers to handle their supply chain.

SAP (MM ABAP) Integration Engineer

Your role:

The purpose of this role is to develop, enhance and maintain SAP based integration solutions with a strong focus on SAP MM processes and ABAP based interface development.

The role focuses on the SAP application of system integrations, including ABAP development, IDoc based message processing and customer specific interface logic. The position works closely with an internal middleware and integration team operating a webMethods based integration platform, ensuring a reliable and well aligned end to end data exchange between SAP systems and external platforms.

This is a hands-on technical role with a clear emphasis on ABAP development and SAP interface logic. The position supports integration projects and ongoing operations but does not carry overall project management responsibility.

This role has a direct impact on the GHX Customer Experience in supporting customers to handle their supply chain.

Senior Product Manager - Automation

Your role:

The purpose of the role is to identify relevant business problems in the European marketplaces and create, launch, and optimize innovative products that healthcare providers and suppliers value.

The Senior Product Manager Automation is responsible for leading product vision, strategy, roadmap, and pricing for the GHX Automation product portfolio, including order-to-cash automation, e-invoicing and integration of disparate systems across European and UK territories.

The role will ensure that the products meet market needs and regulatory requirements and generate a positive ROI for GHX. The role will define and execute the product strategy and roadmap with matrixed development teams on a global scale as well as with partner networks.

The role will drive the Go-To-Market with Product leadership, Product Marketing, Sales and Customer Operations. This includes acting as a product domain expert internally and externally as well as representing GHX at key industry organizations such as Peppol and GENA.

The role has a direct impact on GHX revenue and the customer experience in supporting customers with handling the digital transformation of their supply chain.
