The purpose of this role is to handle and manage the contract administration through the deal management process which includes new customers, Request for Proposals (RFP), Requests for Information (RFI) and other contract related documents.
The focus of this role will be on retaining the contracted business portfolio of local healthcare supplier or healthcare provider customers. The goal is to ensure timely, efficient and accurate closing of new contracts while proactively identifying and transferring new incremental business opportunities to the sales team.
This is a cross-functional role working with key stakeholders in Sales, Legal, Finance, etc. to ensure alignment and pricing of GHX solutions and services.

The purpose of this role is to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of an organization's information assets, including digital data, systems, networks, and other sensitive information. They work to protect the organization's information from unauthorized access, cyber threats, and data breaches.
The Security Engineer is responsible for implementing, managing, and monitoring our organization's security measures to protect our computer systems, networks, and data in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
This role has a direct impact on GHX revenue and the Customer Experience by supporting customers to improve their supply chain, inventory management and finance systems.
The purpose of this role is to respond and handle all customer support queries of Supplier and Provider customers on GHX’s products and services.
The Customer Support Specialist is the single point of contact to our customers for customer support queries and takes ownership of these.
This position resolves the query and coordinates internal support by interfacing with other departments, primarily with System Support and Solution Delivery.

The purpose of this role is to develop IT solutions that support GHX services and products to its customers, by developing and supporting IT web based software systems and solutions.
