Thank you for using Vendormate Credentialing for your healthcare credentialing needs. In the upcoming year, GHX Vendormate will be streamlining and standardizing the Vendormate Credentialing program to simplify credentialing compliance and help make budgeting more predictable. To help proactively address any concerns, we’ve compiled the below list of commonly asked questions, along with some helpful Vendormate program resources.
GHX Vendormate is introducing a new program for all vendors that streamlines access to services, simplifies pricing and helps make budgeting more predictable.
We heard feedback that our current access program and pricing model are complicated. To simplify things, we’re converting to a tiered structure based on a per-rep membership fee aligned to your organization’s usage of the GHX Vendormate network.
Now, vendor representatives in each vendor organization will pay a per-rep fee that is aligned to the organization’s usage of the Vendormate network.
Each vendor organization will fall into one of four access tiers:
Organizations with 100 or more employee representatives will be required to move to a corporate contract. To inquire, please contact SalesSupport@Vendormate.com
If you have a Vendormate membership prior to March 1st, 2022, your membership will transition to the new program between March 1st, 2022, and June 30th, 2022. Prior to and on your transition date, you will receive communication as a reminder.
If you currently pay for registration using a credit card, you will be automatically guided through the new program registration and payment process when you login to the Vendormate Credentialing application.
If you previously used the “Shopping Cart” feature, As part of your organization’s current agreement with us your Vendormate profile, health system registrations and documents will be transitioned without the need for individual membership registration. No further action is required, and your membership will not be disrupted. Your access and badging will continue throughout your organization’s agreement.
If you have an active company contract (instead of individual membership payments) As part of your organization’s current agreement with us your Vendormate profile, health system registrations and documents will be transitioned without the need for individual membership registration. No further action is required, and your membership will not be disrupted. Your access and badging will continue throughout your organization’s agreement.
Once migrated, vendor representatives currently paying for health system relationships with credit card will be automatically guided through the new program registration and payment process upon your next login to the Vendormate application.
Vendor representatives whose organization has an active corporate contract will see no change to their membership access.
We will automatically transfer your profile information for you, including health system registrations and documents.
When you register for the new program, we will automatically select the access tier that your organization currently qualifies for. However, if you expect that your organization will be growing its relationships with additional health systems, you may select a higher access tier. You cannot select a lower access tier.
Your membership renewal date will be one year from the date of your registration.
