GHX CTO Named a 2016 Pro to Know

Each year, Supply & Demand Chain Executive announces the winners of its “Pros to Know Awards,” which recognize the industry’s top supply chain professionals. GHX has a long history of having its executives featured on this prestigious list — and this year is no different. Steve Cochran, CTO at GHX, was selected for the 2016 award for his role as the “brains” behind the GHX technology vision and roadmap.

A visionary with deep experience in supply chain technologies (in healthcare and many other industries), Steve is highly regarded as one of the top experts in the field. He has been at the forefront of the healthcare supply chain evolution, working closely with some of the nation’s largest healthcare systems and suppliers to create supply chain technologies that can adapt to their growing, changing demands. For example, Steve was the mastermind behind the GHX CoreX-powered Exchange, the most sophisticated e-commerce platform in healthcare, helping organizations drive efficiencies, cut costs and glean major insights.  

As the healthcare supply chain matures, Steve and his team will continue to be one step ahead by creating future-proof, scalable and adaptive technologies for providers and suppliers — allowing them to leverage the supply chain for strategic business-wide initiatives and improved patient care.
