We currently have an opportunity for a HR Generalist (part-time 60%) at our offices in Brussels.

Your role

You will be responsible for the full scope of day-to-day activities and operations of Human Resources for Belgian and Dutch-based employees. You’ll be part of the European HR team which requires partnering and alignment with HR counterparts and internal customers in other European countries (and the US). Your roll includes responsibilities for European-wide HR activities and programs.

The purpose is to support GHX in achieving its strategic business objectives within plan and budget by attracting, retaining and developing employees both from an individual and organizational perspective.
