As the Chief Information Officer for GHX, Sloane Stricker leads Global Technology Services for the world’s largest electronic trading exchange for healthcare managing all aspects of the company’s information technology across commercial systems, business applications, enterprise technology and global infrastructure ensuring that GHX’s technology adds the maximum value to GHX’s services, solutions and customers. Stricker also serves as the Chief Security Officer responsible for GHX’s global data security, privacy, IT controls and risk management.
Prior to joining GHX, Stricker was CTO and Co-Founder of Datavail Corporation where he created industry-first technology solutions for data management, analytics, cloud monitoring, security and professional services growing Datavail to one of the largest remote data services companies In North America.
Before Datavail, Stricker was Director of Technology at Level 3 Communications (now Century Link) responsible for the company’s global data platforms and infrastructure. Prior to Level 3, he helped grow Corporate Express (now Staples) early on as Principle Architect responsible for all database systems development and administration after starting his career at Sprint Corporation as a software developer.
Stricker is a combat veteran of the U.S. Army’s 45th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, Air Assault and Military Police Corps serving in multiple campaigns. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS) from the University of Oklahoma.
