Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be submitted to GHX in writing on or before the dates provided below. Registration fees are refundable as follows:
- 100 percent refund on or before February 24, 2012
- 50 percent refund on or before March 23, 2012
- No refund beginning April 6, 2012
If you are unable to attend the Summit and wish to send a substitute, please provide substitute information to GHX by May 20, 2012. Cancellation or substitution requests should be sent to Crystal Anderson at canderson@ghx.com. Contact your hotel directly for any hotel cancellations.
