Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be submitted to GHX in writing on or before the dates provided below. Registration fees are refundable as follows:

100 percent refund on or before February 24, 2012

50 percent refund on or before March 23, 2012

No refund beginning April 6, 2012

If you are unable to attend the Summit and wish to send a substitute, please provide substitute information to GHX by May 20, 2012. Cancellation or substitution requests should be sent to Crystal Anderson at canderson@ghx.com. Contact your hotel directly for any hotel cancellations.
