Make the most of your time at the Summit by taking time to review the detailed agenda and register for sessions of interest, creating your personal Summit schedule in advance. While session registration is not mandatory, pre-building your schedule serves as an easy on-site guide to the sessions you don't want to miss.

Viewing Your Schedule
Tap the Agenda icon to see the full event schedule with session times, descriptions, speakers, and where they're happening.
Tap My Schedule from any view within the schedule to access your agenda for that day or see what you're up to tomorrow.
Want to add your event schedule to your device's calendar? Tap the download icon at the top right of the screen. A confirmation screen will appear. Tap Export.
Due to the wide range of factors around arrivals, GHX is unable to efficiently arrange/provide shuttles for arrivals on Sunday. Please make your own arrangements for getting to the Gaylord National Resort.
GHX will provide contracted shuttle service to Reagan National (DCA) and Dulles (IAD) airports for departures from 12:00 Noon – 3:00 PM ET, Wednesday, April 26.
Transfer between Gaylord National Resort and Regan / Dulles airports is 20 / 45 minutes.
Outside the hours posted above, the attendee is responsible for coordinating their ground transportation.

Badges are required to gain access to all Summit activities. You will not be admitted to evening events without your badge. Please note Summit activities are for registrants only. We are not able to include non-Summit guests or significant others.
Meals will be provided to all registered attendees, beginning with a continental breakfast on Monday and continuing through breakfast on Wednesday.
NEW in 2017, please enjoy our complimentary Wi-Fi in the conference center during the event.

As a guest of the Gaylord National Resort, you will also receive complimentary in-room Internet access.
An Attendee List (PDF) will be available online to registrants beginning Sunday, April 23. Once published, registrants will receive an email with a link and login credentials to the Summit Resource Center web page, a password-protected page on GHX.com.
Additionally, attendee names will be displayed when logged into the mobile app. For instructions on how to interact with fellow attendees via the app, tap the Information icon.
After the Summit, most session presentations (excluding general sessions) will be posted on the Summit Resource Center web page, a password-protected page for registered attendees only. Registrants will receive a link and login credentials by email Sunday, April 23.
Your feedback is valued and helps to plan next year’s event. Quick session surveys are available in the mobile app. Tap Agenda > select a session > tap Session Survey.
Dress throughout the Summit is business casual. Monday and Tuesday evening’s events are casual.
Your attendance at most sessions of the 2017 Summit will earn you CEUs (Continuing Education Units), as determined by AHRMM. The number of contact hours earned per attended session and the CEU certificates will be shared via email with Summit participants in June.
From 6:45 AM – 1:00 PM on Wednesday, April 26, a luggage corral will be available to all attendees. Check-out of your room before coming to breakfast then drop off your luggage in Maryland 1. Bellmen will hold your luggage during Wednesday sessions. When the general session ends at noon, return to Maryland 1 to claim luggage before boarding the buses to Reagan National (DCA) and Dulles (IAD) airports.
