2017 Winner: Duke University Health

  • For Duke University Health, success and growth in the vendor credentialing program is a primary goal.

  • Communication with vendors takes a multi-pronged approach that begins with the contract and is ingrained through internal communication and highlighted again as a part of two annual on-site vendor events.

  • This strategic approach to communication clearly identifies the importance of compliance and how to partner with Duke. This focus led to significant increases in registration, badge sign-in and overall compliance to requirements.
