Christopher M. McManus
Vice President and General Counsel

Chris McManus brings more than 12 years of business and legal experience to his role as vice president and general counsel for GHX. In that role, he is responsible for directing the company’s domestic and international legal affairs, including commercial agreements, corporate governance, litigation, intellectual property and general corporate matters.

McManus came to GHX from M.D.C. Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: MDC), where he held positions of increasing responsibility during more than five years with the organization. Prior to joining MDC, he was in private practice, focusing on corporate and securities matters. Before attending law school, McManus was a senior associate with the Computer Assurance Services group of what is now PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP.

McManus graduated from Boston College Law School after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Babson College.
