Paul A. Feicht brings more than 20 years of senior management experience working domestically and abroad to his role as vice president, Customer Operations, for GHX. In his role, Feicht drives operational excellence around the delivery of integration and implementation services, business intelligence services, content management services, and customer support for GHX.

Prior to joining GHX, Feicht served as vice president of Global Professional Services for GXS with responsibility for the Managed Service delivery ecosystem supporting the global implementation and management of supply chain integration services including electronic data interchange (EDI), software as a service (SaaS), and related B2B commerce platforms. Before GXS, Feicht was a senior director with Perot Systems where he spent more than 11 years managing Enterprise Scale Business and Technology Outsourcing solutions to multinational companies.

Feicht earned a bachelor of science in Management Science from the University of Maryland, an MBA from George Mason University, and a graduate certificate in e-commerce from the University of Maryland. Additionally, Feicht earned a graduate certificate in International Business from Oxford University in Oxford England.
