What is the Supply Chain Summit?
An interactive user group conference designed to provide information about, and promote discussion of, best practices in healthcare supply chain processes. It is the largest healthcare event that focuses on both the buy and sell sides of the healthcare supply chain.

In April 2008, more than 600 hospital and supplier representatives gathered in Chicago for the GHX Supply Chain Summit, Highlights of the 2008 event included presentations and panel discussions on enhancing the role the supply chain plays in supporting clinical functions and increasing patient safety. The Summit closed with an inside look at the U.S. presidential election, including the impact on healthcare, with former presidential candidate Pat Buchanan and former Democratic National Committee Chairman Terry McAuliffe.
