Nancy Madans, Senior Instructional Designer

Nancy works with GHX customers and our product management staff to develop the highest quality customer education materials such as quick reference guides, Help systems and eLearning modules. Customer learning is Nancy’s number one priority. Before joining GHX, Nancy worked for McKesson's software division.

"Having experience at McKesson gives me a unique perspective because I understand the clinical environment and how GHX providers need to efficiently and accurately serve their facilities," says Nancy. "That's why it's important that both providers and suppliers are well-educated about GHX products, and that the materials I develop for them are easy to understand and use."

Education

What is the first day of being live with GHX like?

Keep in mind that you and members of your staff will have been working with your GHX account executive, your GHX sales executive and your GHX integration manager, as part of a cohesive team, for the months leading up to this day. Technology has been tested, and you have been fully prepared for the transition of your staff to new processes and software.

Even though there will be no great surprises on this day, your GHX account executive is ready to support you and your staff in their GHX education. Your account executive works with you and your team to ensure you understand and can apply the solutions you've purchased.

Class Instruction

In most cases, you and your staff will receive onsite classroom training through your account executive. High-quality webcast training is also available, particularly if we need to train in multiple locations. GHX account executives are all certified in GHX products, and meet as regional teams quarterly during the year to share education best practices, which they in turn, can share with your team.


Computer-based Training

Many GHX products come with computer-based training. These serve as a great refresher after class instruction and help train new employees on an as-needed basis.

User Documentation

GHX products have both extensive online Help systems and printable Quick Reference Guides, which provide step-by-step instructions on how to use our solutions. For every product release, Release Notes, with large screen captures pointing out product changes, are created for customers.

The GHX Customer Center

The Customer Center, accessible from our products' Help link, is our member-only Web site, where you'll find training, documentation, GHX and member news, contact information, FAQs and GHX-related events. The GHX Customer Center is your central point of information for ongoing GHX education and communication needs.

While your account executive is your point of contact for education and process improvement, GHX Customer Support is there to help you with specific issues that you need addressed right away.
