Andrew Campbell, Supplier Account Executive

Prior to joining GHX, Andrew was a Materials Manager for Mercy Medical Center (a CHI hospital) in Williston, ND. Andrew first started at GHX as a Value Analyst, assessing and working with hospital and suppliers customers to recognize the value of e-commerce and other supply chain efficiencies. Now he helps suppliers meet their goals as an Account Executive. 

"In my current role," says Andrew, "I apply my provider side materials experience to work with my supplier accounts on the challenges that their customers are experiencing, and I enjoy collaborating with them to explore the valuable services GHX has to offer. Account Management

Your account executive is your point of contact and your partner in achieving success. After you are educated in GHX solutions, your account executive monitors your account in a number of areas to ensure you are reaching your goals. Two types of assessments are available to GHX customers:

  • Scorecards - for provider and supplier members of the supply chain, these assessments of supply chain efficiency offer statistics and guidance on how to increase electronic ordering and the resulting process improvements
  • Value Studies - for all GHX members, these accurate and conservative savings studies are available to those who want to quantify the results of their GHX solutions and prove the return on investment in GHX to their organization

After assessments are made, some organizations elect to bring in GHX Business Solutions, a group that provides additional assistance in improving process and reducing supply chain costs.
